Hanwha Construction announced on the 21st that it will open a cyber model house for 'Hanwha Forena Seochungju' located in Chungju Enterprise City (Joint Block 4-1) and begin sales.

The complex is Chungju City's first 'Forena' brand apartment, located at 654 Yongjeon-ri, Jungangtap-myeon, Chungju-si, Chungcheongbuk-do. It consists of 6 buildings with a total of 478 households, ranging from basement level 1 to a maximum of 20 floors above ground. The unit types are △77㎡ with 153 units △84㎡A with 229 units △84㎡B with 36 units △84㎡C with 60 units, mainly medium-sized units preferred by actual buyers.

Chungju Enterprise City is home to (or planned to be home to) companies such as POSCO ICT, Lotte Chilsung, Hyundai Mobis, and Kolon Life Science, with about 30,000 employees currently working there. When the seven industrial complexes including Chungju Advanced Industrial Complex, Megapolis, Biohealth National Industrial Complex (planned), Bizcore Industrial Complex (planned), Dream Park Industrial Complex (planned), and Beophyeon Industrial Complex (planned) are completed, approximately 50,000 direct and indirect employment effects are expected in West Chungju alone.

Chungju Enterprise City is a key transportation hub connecting Seoul-Yeongnam and Seoul-Gangwon, with well-established transport networks. The Jungbu Inland Expressway and Pyeongtaek-Jecheon Expressway are nearby, making travel to surrounding cities such as Pyeongtaek, Jecheon, Yeoju, and Mungyeong convenient. Using National Route 82, access to Chungju city center, where the city hall, terminal, and large hospitals are located, is easy. The Chungju Station on the Jungbu Inland High-Speed Railway, connecting East Seoul (Gangnam) and Mungyeong, is scheduled to open by the end of this year, significantly improving the metropolitan transportation network.

Within walking distance of the complex are Seochungju Daycare Center, Jungangtap Elementary and Middle Schools, and the Jungangtap Academy District. Next to the complex, Yongjeon High School (tentative name) is scheduled to open in 2023. A central commercial district is within walking distance in front of the complex, while Jungang Park and neighborhood parks are located behind it. The Seochungju National Sports Center, which will include a swimming pool, multipurpose gymnasium, and cultural center, is also planned to be built nearby.

The complex applies Forena exterior designs such as the gate design 'Forena Face' and the outer wall design 'Forena Signature Skin.' It is mainly oriented southward (southeast/southwest) to maximize sunlight and daylight. Additionally, a low building coverage ratio (14%) maximizes the distance between buildings, and the landscaping area accounts for nearly half (43.5%), providing a pleasant residential environment.

Furthermore, the 'Forena Blue Air System,' a specialized air purification system connecting the outside to the inside of the complex, is applied. Various security and safety systems are installed, including parking location confirmation and alarm systems, high-definition CCTV, unmanned security systems at the main entrance, and emergency bells in parking lots. Separate from the underground parking lot, the above-ground parking lot features pedestrian and vehicle path separation to enhance safety and convenience.

Inside the units, the layout mainly consists of 4-bay and slab-type designs (except for 84C), with three bedrooms and a living room placed on the front side, providing excellent cross ventilation and daylight. An alpha room for basic space utilization is provided (except for 84C), and the 84C type features a specialized dressing room storage space with an optional master bedroom balcony extension. All types will have an automatic triple sliding door (optional) and a 'ㄷ'-shaped kitchen design that maximizes kitchen workflow.

The sales schedule starts with special supply on Friday, July 2, followed by first priority subscription on Monday, July 5, second priority on Tuesday, July 6, announcement of winners on Monday, July 12, and regular contracts over three days from July 26 to 28. A fixed deposit of 10 million KRW is required, and a 60% interest-free installment benefit is applied. Notably, Chungju Enterprise City is a nationwide subscription area, allowing applications from any region.

The promotional center is accessible only to those who apply for prior visits through the website. Move-in is scheduled for the second half of 2023.
