The ‘Chicken Breast Frankfurter,’ handmade directly at Hamgongbang and providing ample protein, uses only antibiotic-free chicken breast for a healthy diet and contains good ingredients excluding synthetic additives. The chicken breast is coarsely ground, offering a rich texture and intense meat juice.
The ‘Sprouted Oat Powder’ is an organic sprouted oat powder carefully cultivated during winter in Gochang, a UNESCO Biosphere Reserve known for its pristine nature. The sprouted oat powder, which increases many nutrient contents during germination, is especially rich in beta-glucan, which is good for boosting immunity, making it perfect for recovering energy lost due to the heat.
The ‘Sangha Farm Samgyetang’ uses 100% antibiotic-free domestic chicken raised healthily, boiled thoroughly to provide tender and chewy meat texture. It includes a whole ginseng root from the Geumsan region and plenty of organic glutinous rice grown in Gochang, resulting in easy digestion and a richer broth flavor.
The new products can be purchased at the Sangha Farm online mall and the offline Farmers Market within the farm.
