On the 17th, the Yangcheon Police Station in Seoul announced that they have booked and are investigating a teenage male student, identified as A, on charges of violating the Sexual Violence Punishment Act.
A is suspected of using his mobile phone to illegally film women using the restroom in a building near the Mokdong academy district from last month until recently.
The police plan to examine A's mobile phone to verify whether there are additional offenses.
