The leading plant-based meat brand ‘Unlimit’ and the vegan eatery ‘Nammi Plant Lab’ are opening vegan pop-up stores at The Hyundai Seoul and Hyundai Department Store Apgujeong Main Branch.

Unlimit is a brand that offers 100% plant-based meat alternatives made by extracting protein from soybeans, peas, and other sources. It has recently gained significant attention both domestically and internationally, winning awards at SIAL China, one of the most prominent food expos. Nammi Plant Lab is a vegan restaurant created by chefs with hotel backgrounds to offer healthy and delicious vegan food, where customers can enjoy a variety of flavorful vegan dishes. It is becoming a popular restaurant attracting food enthusiasts through its diverse seasonal menus.

The pop-up store, a collaboration between the two brands sharing the same value of ‘researching and creating healthy and delicious vegan food,’ will be held for about a week each at The Hyundai Seoul in Yeouido from June 18 to June 24, and at Hyundai Department Store Apgujeong Main Branch from June 25 to July 1.

At the pop-up booth, various Unlimit products such as slices, burger patties, mince, and pulled barbecue, as well as Nammi Plant Lab’s products like hummus, olive spread, and oat mayo, will be sold. Additionally, special menu items available only at the pop-up store, including ‘vegan handmade burgers,’ ‘vegan hot dogs,’ ‘Caesar salad,’ and ‘Cuban potato,’ will be offered.

During the event, customers who add Unlimit’s Kakao Channel via the QR code provided inside the pop-up store will receive a 10,000 KRW coupon that can be used immediately on the website.

A representative from Unlimit said regarding the collaboration, “We are pleased to present collaborative menus with Nammi Plant Lab, a symbol of vegan eateries,” and added, “We hope this pop-up store will provide many people with the opportunity to experience delicious vegan menus made with alternative meat.”
