The new menu features dishes that offer a fresh spicy taste using various and distinctive summer ingredients such as watermelon and the Spanish tomato-based 'Gazpacho.'

The summer new menu includes ▲ a premium cold soup made refreshingly with tomato, olive oil, and red wine vinegar ▲ garlic bread sticks with crispy garlic stick bread paired with tomato gazpacho ▲ Watermelon & Burrata Cheese Salad, where sweet sun-ripened watermelon and creamy burrata cheese are combined with basil dressing to enjoy a sweet and sour flavor simultaneously ▲ Garlic Holic Mala Pasta, stir-fried pork and garlic stems in mala sauce over high heat, delivering addictive spiciness and numbing sensation ▲ Mediterranean Spicy Anchovy Lemon Pasta, a spicy oil pasta made with fresh webfoot octopus and anchovies, served with grilled lemon for a refreshing taste ▲ Red Pepper Pork & Burrata Pizza, where red pepper and tomato sauce blend with the spiciness of Cheongyang chili peppers harmonizing with soft burrata cheese ▲ Summer Garden Romesco Steak, featuring a pepper-scented grilled sirloin steak rich in juice and romesco sauce full of flavor with paprika, enjoyed with grilled green onions. Also available is the Watermelon & Coconut Ade, a sweet treat made with homemade real watermelon syrup and smooth coconut cream.

In particular, the Spicy Anchovy Lemon Pasta, known to be a favorite of actress Scarlett Johansson, offers a unique spicy flavor with its combination of spiciness and refreshing lemon.

Mad for Garlic is holding a ‘Mad Stamp Event.’ Customers who order the summer new menu will receive stamps for each menu item. Customers who collect all the new menu stamps and one existing main menu stamp will be given a dining voucher for two.
