[Asia Economy Reporter Kim Heeyoon] Thinkware announced on the 17th that it has newly launched the electric scooter 'Inavi Sports Road Gear GT K1000.'
According to Thinkware, the new product is equipped with a maximum 48V 500W electric motor, enabling a top speed of 25 km/h (legal speed limit) and the ability to climb slopes with up to a 17% incline.
Safety features have also been enhanced. It is equipped with front and rear 8.5-inch tube tires and dual suspension. Additionally, it supports wheel-integrated brakes that are resistant to damage from external shocks, a three-stage driving mode that allows speed to increase sequentially, and a cruise mode that maintains a constant speed.
User convenience has been improved as well. Thinkware explained that the scooter comes standard with a display that shows real-time driving speed and battery level, a power supply lock device called a 'key box,' and an accessory called a 'Willy Bar' that allows riders to comfortably rest their legs while riding.
The battery takes a total of 7 hours to fully charge once. It can travel up to 40 km on a single charge. In case of malfunction, repairs can be made at seven Inavi nationwide AS (after-sales service) centers. Major parts such as the motor, controller, and battery are eligible for free repairs within the warranty period for each part after purchase.
The price of the Inavi Road Gear GT K1000 is 599,000 KRW. To commemorate the launch, accessory giveaways and discount events will be held through online and offline channels until the end of this month.
