Automatic Digital ARS Connection When Calling Customer Service via Smartphone
[Asia Economy Reporter Ki Ha-young] NH Nonghyup Card announced on the 17th that it has launched a 'Digital ARS (Automatic Response System)' service that allows quick consultation by viewing the smartphone screen without waiting on the call or installing an application (app).
The Digital ARS service automatically connects to the Digital ARS page when calling the Nonghyup Card customer center using a smartphone. Unlike voice ARS, there is no waiting time on the call, and users can quickly process their desired tasks by selecting from the main inquiries displayed on the screen. Since no separate membership registration or app installation is required, even customers unfamiliar with digital technology can conveniently use the service.
On the first screen of the Digital ARS, Nonghyup Card guides nine major services selected through big data analysis, including ▲Transaction history inquiry ▲Card loss report ▲Payment ▲Credit limit inquiry. Additionally, various financial service consultations are available through detailed menus.
If assistance is needed while using the Digital ARS, users can click the counselor button to connect immediately. When connected to a counselor, a linked service between the Digital ARS and the counselor is provided, allowing users to receive detailed information about their inquiries via a Digital ARS link and check it on their smartphone screen.
A Nonghyup Card official stated, "We will continue to strive to provide financial services that enhance customer convenience by applying simple task processing systems."
