Fila Holdings Acquires Additional 90 Billion KRW Worth of Shares in Subsidiary Magnus Holdings

[Asia Economy Reporter Lim Chunhan] Fila Holdings announced on the 16th that it will additionally acquire 45,000 shares of Magnus Holdings, a non-financial holding company subsidiary, for 90 billion KRW.

After the stock acquisition, Fila Holdings' stake in Magnus Holdings will reach 100%. The scheduled date for the stock acquisition is the 23rd.

Fila Holdings stated that the purpose of this stock acquisition is "to partially repay the borrowings held by Magnus Holdings through Magnus Holdings' paid-in capital increase and Fila Holdings' cash injection."
