Shinhan Bank supports self-employed individuals through ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) management practices based on coexistence and virtuous cycles by offering ▲ the "Success Dodream Customized Classroom," which provides customized single-subject lectures for the self-employed ▲ the "Shinhan Soho Academy," an intensive 8-week management consulting program for a select few ▲ and the "Success Dodream Seminar," which visits self-employed individuals in provincial areas.

He shared the difficulties and crisis management experiences he faced during the early stages of his startup, as well as vivid know-how gained while preparing the franchise.
