[Asia Economy Reporter Seongpil Cho] Park Beom-gye, Minister of Justice, announced that he plans to meet with Prosecutor General Kim Oh-soo within this week regarding the upcoming prosecution organization reform plan and mid-level executive personnel appointments.
On the 15th, during his visit to the Criminal and Legal Policy Research Institute, when asked by reporters about when he would meet Prosecutor General Kim, Minister Park replied, "I will meet him within this week," adding, "I need to arrange the specific schedule after returning to the Ministry of Justice today."
When asked whether the organization reform plan would be completed within this week, Minister Park nodded without answering verbally, indicating his intention to finalize the prosecution organization reform work soon. He further added, "The mid-level executive personnel appointments will be made after the organization reform."
