Toray Advanced Materials Introduces COVID-19 Vaccine Leave System

[Asia Economy Reporter Hwang Yoon-joo] Toray Advanced Materials announced that it will implement a two-day paid leave policy for all employees receiving the COVID-19 vaccine to ensure their safety and encourage vaccination.

Employees who get vaccinated can take two days off, including the day of vaccination and the following day, and may take additional leave if needed to rest depending on their health condition.

A representative from Toray Advanced Materials stated, "Since the health of our employees is our top priority, we plan to actively encourage vaccination by allowing sufficient rest through the vaccine leave policy and helping them avoid the risk of COVID-19 infection."
