Hoka One One Releases Running Shoe 'Clifton 8'

Hoka One One introduced the Clifton in 2014. Before the Clifton was released, runners believed that a running shoe with both lightweight and stable cushioning was impossible. However, the Clifton combined these two features.

Jung Sung-hwan, General Manager of Hoka One One Korea, said about the 'Clifton 8', "We call the Clifton an 'overachiever' because every version so far has exceeded runners' expectations and is surprisingly lightweight when worn."

The Clifton 8 maintains its lightweight feel while providing a smooth fit regardless of the runner's speed, and its durability has also been enhanced. The most notable improvement is the application of Hoka's new signature lightweight cushioning foam. According to the company, thanks to the renewed lightweight cushioning foam, runners can experience a soft landing and energetic rebound when pushing off the ground.
