Muan-gun Conducts Campaign to Promote 10 Major Gender Equality Practices

[Muan＝Asia Economy Honam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Oh Hwan-joo] Jeonnam Muan-gun (Governor Kim San) announced on the 14th that on the 10th, it conducted a promotional campaign for the Gender Equality Practice Rules to foster a workplace culture of mutual respect and consideration and to raise awareness of gender equality.

This gender equality practice rules promotional campaign carried the catchphrase "Working Together, Confident Together in a Gender-Equal Muan" and produced and distributed 1,500 gender cookies containing the top 10 gender equality practice rules, such as "Shout STOP when you think it is discrimination" and "Create an organizational culture that respects generational differences."

Governor Kim San said, "I hope everyone will reflect on their language and behavior in daily life and make efforts to establish a gender-equal organizational culture by considering others," adding, "We will do our best to create a workplace atmosphere where people can work happily."

Meanwhile, Muan-gun is making various efforts, such as conducting the Gender Equality Practice Pledge Note Challenge and continuously posting gender equality rules on banners within the electronic system, with the aim of creating a gender-equal organizational culture.
