Shinhan Bank "Please Select the Top 24 Players in the KBO League"

Various Prizes Including Hotel Stay Vouchers and All-Star Invitation Tickets for Customers Participating in Voting

[Asia Economy Reporter Kwangho Lee] Shinhan Bank announced on the 14th that it will conduct the 'All-Star Fan Vote' to select the 'Best 12' players invited to the All-Star Game to be held at Gocheok Sky Dome on the 24th of this month.

The KBO All-Star Game is the league's biggest festival where the best players gather in one place. It has been held every year without fail from its inaugural year in 1982 until 2019, but last year it was replaced by an untact All-Star race due to the impact of COVID-19.

This year, as the league is proceeding with thorough quarantine measures, the All-Star Game is also scheduled to be held normally at Gocheok Sky Dome on the 24th. The Best 12 voting will be conducted for a total of 26 days from that day until 6 p.m. on the 9th of next month.

Fans can participate in the voting through Shinhan Bank's SOL application (app), the KBO website, and the official app. Voting is possible once per day at each voting channel, up to a total of 3 times, and a mid-term tally combining votes from all channels will be announced every Monday during the voting period.

Shinhan Bank, which has been sponsoring the KBO League as the official title sponsor for four years since 2018, is conducting various prize events to activate the All-Star fan vote.

By participating in voting on the Shinhan SOL app or completing various missions, fans can receive 'star stickers' and use these star stickers to enter a drawing for prizes such as a family stay voucher at Lotte Signiel Hotel (3 winners), All-Star Game invitation tickets (20 winners, 2 tickets per person), and My Shinhan Points (2,000 winners).

Additionally, customers who collect 24 or more star stickers will be automatically entered into a drawing for the 'KBO True Fan Certification Card,' jointly produced and issued by the KBO and Shinhan Bank.

A Shinhan Bank official said, "We are preparing various events for fans and players who could not fully enjoy the 2020 All-Star Game due to COVID-19," adding, "As the official title sponsor of the KBO League, we will continue to communicate with baseball fans through diverse and innovative content."
