From the 14th, Gongyeong Shopping to Hold 'First Half's Best Product Exhibition'

[Asia Economy Reporter Junhyung Lee] Public Shopping announced that it will hold the 'First Half of the Year Best Products Exhibition' for one week starting from the 14th. The exhibition features 20 products directly selected by MDs (Merchandisers) from among the popular products that recorded high sales in Public Shopping during the first half of this year.

Analyzing the sales data of products sold from January to April this year, Public Shopping found that the 'home-cooked meal' trend caused by COVID-19 was reflected in consumer behavior. Foods that can be easily enjoyed at home, such as 'Gungjung Galbitang' which sold over 5.2 billion KRW, and 'Black Garlic Chive Pa Bulgogi' which sold over 3.3 billion KRW, were among the best-selling products in the first half of the year. 'Domisol Kimchi,' which sold over 6.2 billion KRW, and 'Hwasun Rice,' which sold over 2.2 billion KRW, also recorded high sales.

With the prolonged COVID-19 pandemic leading to extended 'stay-at-home' lifestyles, kitchenware and interior products also gained popularity. Among kitchenware, 'Thanks Soyoon Freezer Containers' sold over 2 billion KRW, and 'Hurom Daisy' sold over 1 billion KRW. The interior bedding product 'Arabelle' also became a best-selling product in the first half of the year, with sales exceeding 5.7 billion KRW.

To celebrate the First Half of the Year Best Products Exhibition, Public Shopping has prepared promotions including price discounts. The 'Grade 1 Korean Pork Thinly Sliced Neck Meat,' which will be sold from 8:40 PM on the 18th of this month, can be purchased at a 10% discount price of 36,810 KRW when ordering a total of 2.1 kg automatically. Additionally, the 'Hurom Daisy,' which will be sold from 10:30 AM on the 16th of this month, will feature a mini oven as an additional component for the first time in this special exhibition.
