Changwon City Holds Workshop to Strengthen Business Capabilities of Social Economy Enterprises

[Asia Economy Yeongnam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Park Saeyan] Changwon City, Gyeongnam announced on the 11th that it conducted a three-day (9th to 11th) ‘2021 Social Economy Enterprise Sales Capability Enhancement Workshop and Consulting’ for 20 executives and employees of social economy enterprises in the jurisdiction.

Hosted by the Changwon Social Economy Support Center, this workshop was newly established this year to strengthen corporate competitiveness through enhancing sales strategy competitiveness and pitching capability mentoring.

The training course focused on strengthening three skills: sales ability, planning ability, and persuasion ability, as well as practical skills enhancement such as mock pitching, expert one-point coaching & peer feedback, voice production to enhance delivery, and deriving trustworthy image strategies.

After the workshop, the city plans to actively support practical sales capability enhancement by providing expert mentoring reports, pitch deck production guides useful for investment attraction and corporate presentations, and design templates.
