Geumgang Housing's Dongtan Station Geumgang Penterium The Siglo residential officetel, supplied in Hwaseong-si, Gyeonggi-do, has sold out all types through subscription.
According to the Korea Real Estate Agency's subscription website, the Dongtan Station Geumgang Penterium The Siglo officetel received subscriptions over two days on the 9th and 10th, attracting 4,793 applicants for 132 units, recording an average subscription competition rate of 36.31 to 1.
The highest competition rate was in Group 2 (exclusive area 45㎡ OB1, OB1-1, OB2, OB2-1), where 2,036 applicants from other regions competed for 60 units, resulting in a rate of 51.15 to 1. Group 1 (exclusive area 45㎡ OA1, OA1-1, OA2, OA2-1) with 72 units also saw strong competition with 2,326 applicants including priority residents and others, achieving a high competition rate of 32.31 to 1.
A sales official from Geumgang Housing stated, “Located in a prime spot within Dongtan 2 New City, the product composition reflecting the residential preferences of small households and the trust in the Geumgang Penterium brand seem to have positively influenced this subscription result.” He added, “Following the apartments previously sold, as there has been great interest in the officetels as well, we will repay this by creating a landmark residential area that enhances residents’ pride based on excellent technology and abundant construction experience.”
The announcement of winners will be on Wednesday, June 16, and officetel contracts will be conducted over two days from Thursday the 17th to Friday the 18th. Move-in is scheduled for October 2024.
The Dongtan Station Geumgang Penterium The Siglo officetel, developed together with the apartment complex, consists of one building with four basement floors and up to 25 floors above ground, comprising 132 units of 45㎡ exclusive area. It is configured with 1.5-room and 2-room types, applying terraces and loft designs called Nudarak (except for some units) to provide ample space. Neighborhood living facilities will be located on the first and second floors above ground.
