The Third Hilton Brand Introduced Domestically
Hilton Honors Membership Benefits Applied
Differentiated by Room Size and the Only Rooftop Pool in Gangnam
[Asia Economy Reporter Yuri Kim] Hilton Worldwide's hotel chain brand 'Hilton Garden Inn' will open for the first time in Korea next month in Gangnam, Seoul. It is the third Hilton Group hotel brand to enter the domestic market following Hilton Hotels & Resorts and Conrad Hotels & Resorts. With this, the total number of Hilton hotels in Korea will increase to five.
'Hilton Garden Inn Seoul Gangnam' announced on the 8th that it will open in July with a total of 208 rooms, an all-day dining restaurant, bar, meeting rooms, rooftop pool, fitness center, and 24-hour convenience facilities. A notable feature is that more than 40% of the rooms are family-type, which are larger than standard hotel rooms. It differentiates itself from other hotels with the only outdoor rooftop pool in Gangnam, an 18th-floor fitness center, and in-house convenience facilities. It is conveniently located between Gangnam Station and Yangjae Station, along Gangnam-daero.
Hilton Garden Inn Seoul Gangnam operates the 'Hilton CleanStay' hygiene program, which is participated in by Hilton brands worldwide. The loyalty program 'Hilton Honors Membership,' which includes 18 Hilton brands and allows payment for hotel charges with accumulated points, is also applied.
Lee Hong-gi, General Manager of Hilton Garden Inn Seoul Gangnam, said, "Hilton Garden Inn Seoul Gangnam is a standardized hotel that guarantees the same service, convenient facilities, and hygiene management anywhere in the world, while also aiming to provide more specialized individual services by offering customer-tailored solutions." He added, "We are fully prepared so that not only businesspeople but also customers planning a hotel vacation can enjoy a comfortable and relaxing stay close by."
Reservations for stays at Hilton Garden Inn Seoul Gangnam will be available from June 21 through the official website. For more details, please refer to the website.
