Anyone aged 19 or older can apply without a subscription savings account, and 20% of the winners will be preferentially allocated to Hwaseong City residents. The officetel sale rights are recognized as non-homeowners when applying for apartments, and resale restrictions apply until the ownership transfer registration is completed.
