DB Insurance Donates 20 Million KRW Scholarship to Chungju Seongsim School

DB Insurance donated 20 million KRW in scholarships to students of Chungju Seongsim School who are facing financial difficulties.

[Asia Economy Reporter Oh Hyung-gil] DB Insurance has donated 20 million KRW in scholarships to students of Chungju Seongsim School who come from financially disadvantaged families.

Since signing its first sponsorship agreement with Chungju Seongsim School in June 2013, DB Insurance has maintained this relationship for nine years. A total of 166 million KRW in scholarship funds have been provided, supporting the baseball team and students from low-income families to continue pursuing their dreams and challenges.

A DB Insurance representative stated, "By sponsoring the Chungju Seongsim School baseball team every year, we learn courage from the students to overcome difficulties. We will always support them and spare no effort in helping them achieve their dreams, and we will continue to strive to be a company that fulfills its social responsibilities."
