[Asia Economy Reporter Kangwook Cho] Hyundai Engineering's 'Hillstate Suwon Terrace' will open subscription applications on the 7th.

According to Hyundai Engineering on the 6th, subscriptions for Hillstate Suwon Terrace will be conducted through the Korea Real Estate Board's 'Subscription Home' platform.

Classified as urban-type residential housing, anyone nationwide aged 19 or older can apply without a subscription savings account, and homeowners are also eligible regardless of home ownership. Additionally, since there are no restrictions on re-winning, it is expected that many prospective applicants will show interest.

The complex's subscription is divided into three groups, with an application deposit of 1 million KRW per group. Each person can apply once per group, allowing a maximum of three applications per person. However, duplicate applications within the same group are not allowed.

Following the schedule, winners will be announced on Thursday, June 10, and official contracts will be conducted over three days from Monday, June 14 to Wednesday, June 16 at the Hillstate Suwon Terrace model house.

Hillstate Suwon Terrace is a terrace house complex located at 225-30, Seodun-dong, Gwonseon-gu, Suwon-si, consisting of 13 buildings ranging from two basement floors to four above-ground floors, with a total of 257 units sized between 55㎡ and 84㎡. All units feature terrace-style layouts, and some units will include duplex structures (integrating two floors into one unit) and rooftop designs.

The complex is designed as a terrace house community in the heart of Suwon, close to all key residential infrastructures, providing optimal living conditions for the post-COVID-19 era.

It boasts a pleasant natural environment with proximity to the National Agricultural Museum (scheduled for 2022), Yeogisan Park, and Seoho Park. Hwaseo Station, served by Subway Line 1 and the planned Shinbundang Line, and Suwon Station, served by GTX-C (planned), KTX, Suin-Bundang Line, and Line 1, are nearby, facilitating convenient travel to Seoul, the metropolitan area, and across the country.

Inside the units, various activities are supported to accommodate the increasingly multi-layered roles of homes due to telecommuting and online classes. Especially tailored for the post-COVID-19 residential culture, the differentiated specialized housing product maximizes natural elements such as light, daylight, and views through the introduction of 'Next View & Light,' an organic terrain design resembling nature. It also incorporates the 'NEXT Smart Solution' to safely protect residents from harmful elements like fine dust and viruses, providing a more comfortable living environment.
