[Asia Economy Reporter Eunmo Koo] On the 6th, which is both Memorial Day and Sunday, the entire country will have mostly cloudy skies, with sporadic rain in the southern regions.

Until the morning, sporadic rain will occur in the southern Chungcheong area and Jeolla region, and from afternoon to evening, the atmosphere will become unstable, bringing gusty winds and showers accompanied by thunder and lightning in Chungcheong and southern regions. Expected precipitation is 5 to 30 mm. In areas experiencing showers, hail may also fall, so thorough precautions should be taken to prevent damage. The daytime high temperature is forecasted to be between 24 and 31 degrees Celsius.

Dense fog will form over the West Sea, and there may be thunder and lightning, so marine safety accidents should be carefully avoided. Wave heights will be 0.5 to 1.5 meters in the East Sea coastal waters, 0.5 to 1.5 meters in the West Sea coastal waters, and 0.5 to 1 meter in the South Sea coastal waters. Offshore wave heights are expected to be 0.5 to 3.0 meters in the East Sea, and 0.5 to 2.0 meters in the West and South Seas.
