Recruiting 2 Female Residents for Lakehouse
[Asia Economy Yeongnam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Lee Sang-hyun] Tongyeong City, Gyeongnam Province, announced on the 3rd that it has selected two male tenants for the 'Youth Share House' to help stabilize housing for young people, and they have moved in as of yesterday.
The 'Youth Share House' is a shared housing provided to local youth by renovating the Buksin Apartment (municipal apartment). Two young people of the same gender live together in one unit, using individual bedrooms while sharing spaces such as the kitchen, living room, and bathroom.
As a benefit for tenants, the city supports the rental deposit, and tenants only need to pay the monthly rent (about 80,000 KRW) and maintenance fees for one unit.
A young tenant named Kim, moving in this time, said, "I am grateful that the city provides affordable rent, living space, and home appliances for youth," and added, "I will live diligently as a Tongyeong resident, creating a win-win effect for mutual growth with my co-tenant."
Meanwhile, the city is currently recruiting two female youths who wish to move into Unit 2 of the share house.
Applicants can visit the Job Policy Division at the City Hall Second Building with the application form and required documents posted on the City Hall website's notices and announcements or on the Tongyeong Youth Growth website's notice board.
