Dongseo University has opened an education center in an area separate from the campus to actively expand lifelong education services.
Dongseo University (President Jang Je-guk) Lifelong Education Center opened the Dongseo University Lifelong Education Center Myeongji Education Center on the 8th floor of Seongwon Medical Building in Myeongji Ocean City, Gangseo-gu, Busan on the 2nd and began full-scale operation.
Residents of Gangseo-gu can now receive university lifelong education services without the inconvenience of crossing the Nakdong River to reach downtown Busan.
As the first university lifelong education center established in Gangseo-gu, the education center was prepared in cooperation with Seongwon Tagong (Chairman Seong Gi-in).
Starting with the Sailing Yacht CEO course, courses such as Film Humanities and Music Classes with Prima Donna will be offered, expected to become a lifelong education and high-quality cultural education and learning space for Gangseo-gu residents.
President Jang Je-guk said in his greeting, “Dongseo University has installed a new education center in West Busan following the Yangjeong headquarters to actively respond to the increasing interest in lifelong education in the local community.”
President Jang explained, “With the opening of the Myeongji Education Center, we will be able to meet the lifelong education demand throughout Busan.”
