As a result of the accident, the driver of the 1-ton maintenance truck died, and the driver of the 5-ton truck sustained serious injuries including fractures.
The driver of the 25-ton truck also suffered minor injuries and was transported to a nearby hospital.
The fire authorities determined that the accident occurred because the driver of the 25-ton truck failed to notice the two trucks.
