[Asia Economy Reporter Jo Gang-wook] The Hyundai Engineering & Construction consortium (Hyundai Engineering & Construction, SK Ecoplant, Kolon Global) announced on the 2nd that it plans to supply ‘Pyeongchon Trizia,’ a redevelopment project of the Anyang Yungchang District located at 929 Hogye-dong, Dongan-gu, Anyang-si, Gyeonggi-do, later this month.
‘Pyeongchon Trizia’ is a large apartment complex consisting of a total of 2,417 households (including 196 rental units) across three complexes. It features 22 buildings ranging from 5 basement floors to 34 above-ground floors, with exclusive areas of 36 to 84㎡ and 7 types (including rental units). Among these, 913 units with exclusive areas of 59 to 74㎡ will be sold to the general public. The general sale units by type are △59㎡A 478 units, △59㎡B 276 units, and △74㎡ 159 units. The design mainly consists of slab-type units facing south for all households. In particular, some units will be supplied with views overlooking Hogye Neighborhood Park located right in front of the complex.
