DL E&C (formerly Daelim Industrial), the grand prize winner, presents ‘ePyeonhansesang,’ a brand distinguished by its people-centered residential philosophy. As Korea’s first apartment brand, ePyeonhansesang has consistently set the standard for the ‘ideal home’ that everyone dreams of. Through innovative technology that anticipates people’s needs and the most comfortable spaces, it has established living environments that become increasingly attractive and valuable the longer you live in them. Celebrating its 21st anniversary this year, ePyeonhansesang is recognized for pioneering Korea’s residential culture by introducing the concept of living services for the first time in the industry, specializing in exterior design, and developing differentiated floor plans.

On its 20th anniversary last year, ePyeonhansesang underwent a major brand renewal. The new slogan, ‘Excellent Life,’ signifies ‘a residential brand that offers the best life.’ The plan is to provide residential new technologies through innovation and transformation processes so that customers can enjoy the best quality of life.
ePyeonhansesang’s confidence is also evident in the updated brand identity (BI). The new BI boldly removes the brand name, emphasizing instead the representative symbols associated with ePyeonhansesang?the cloud and the orange color.
As a brand with strong trust built with consumers, emphasizing only the symbol without the brand name is deemed sufficient.
ePyeonhansesang continues innovative research and analysis by analyzing customers’ residential types and lifestyles through big data surveys of approximately 12 million people and integrated consumer research.
Along with the BI renewal, it plans to continuously introduce perfect designs and products that highlight the brand’s value by reflecting customers’ lifestyle needs across all areas including design, architecture, interior, landscaping, and community facilities.
The new ePyeonhansesang BI was first applied last year to the Seoul ‘ePyeonhansesang Songpa Park Central’ and Gyeonggi-do Yangju ‘ePyeonhansesang Okjeong Metropole.’ The new BI was incorporated throughout these complexes, including apartment exteriors, building entrances, gates, pilotis, common areas, auxiliary and outdoor facilities, and underground parking lots. Additionally, ongoing construction sites will apply the new BI design through approval procedures.
