The ‘Cheonan Hanyang Sujain Eco City’ apartment complex, set to become a new landmark in Cheonan City, Chungnam Province, is attracting significant attention as many applicants flock to its non-designated subscription.
Hanyang Co., Ltd. conducted the non-designated subscription for ‘Cheonan Hanyang Sujain Eco City’ in the Pungse district of Cheonan on the 24th, drawing an impressive 8,925 applicants, demonstrating its popularity.
‘Cheonan Hanyang Sujain Eco City’ will be developed on a mammoth scale with 3,200 households across 30 buildings ranging from two basement floors to a maximum of 29 floors above ground, with exclusive areas of 59 to 84 square meters. It has attracted attention even before sales began due to its abundant landscaping areas, diverse community facilities, and specialized designs reflecting the needs of prospective residents.
In particular, its status as a non-regulated area adjacent to the regulated old downtown of Cheonan and Sejong was cited as a factor in its popularity. Additionally, the Pungse district, where the project is located, was highlighted as a major beneficiary area in the ‘2035 Cheonan Urban Master Plan’ recently approved by Cheonan City from Chungnam Province earlier this month, further emphasizing its future value.
According to the ‘2035 Cheonan Urban Master Plan,’ Pungse district has been designated as the new development axis called the 3rd regional center (Pungse·Gwangdeok, Ipjang·Seonggeo, Cheongnyong) among Cheonan City’s development axes of 1st downtown, 2nd sub-downtown, and 3rd regional centers, targeting a population of 920,000. Furthermore, in the transportation plan, the Gongju-Cheonan section of the 2nd ring road that circles the city will pass through Pungse district, and a new interchange (IC) will be established nearby. The Dangjin-Cheonan Expressway, currently under construction and scheduled for completion in 2022, will also be easily accessible via the Seocheonan IC, increasing the area’s future growth potential.
‘Cheonan Hanyang Sujain Eco City’ is not only the largest housing supply in Cheonan but also features abundant landscaping areas totaling 55,241 square meters and large commercial facilities spanning 14,251 square meters (approximately 4,300 pyeong), including a fitness center, library, and indoor golf practice range, positioning it as a new landmark complex in Cheonan.
Additionally, it has become a hot topic in the housing industry by introducing a 5.5-bay floor plan, previously only seen in large unit types, to the exclusive 84 square meter units. It also offers a dual-household separation floor plan that allows two households to live together, garnering significant interest from actual buyers.
‘Cheonan Hanyang Sujain Eco City’ will announce winners on the 26th, followed by contract signings from the 27th to the 29th. The model house is located near Cheonan-Asan Station (KTX) and Asan Station (Subway Line 1) in Asan City, Chungnam Province, and operates by reservation and through an e-model house on the website to prevent the spread of COVID-19.
