[Asia Economy Reporter Minji Lee] Aegis Asset Management announced on the 25th that it will publicly recruit new employees for its 6th term.
The recruitment fields include investment, asset management, and business planning. The qualifications require a bachelor's degree or higher from a domestic or overseas 4-year university, and prospective graduates who can join in September are also eligible to apply. There are no restrictions on majors, and those with relevant certifications and excellent language skills are preferred.
Applications are being accepted online through the Aegis Asset Management recruitment website until the 11th of next month. The selection process consists of an online document screening, AI competency interview, practical interview, and executive interview in order. At each stage, applicants' growth potential and job suitability will be evaluated before selecting successful candidates. The final successful candidates are expected to join in early September.
Aegis Asset Management plans to nurture the newly recruited employees into experts in their respective fields through the in-house training program called 'Aegis Academy.' The Aegis Academy is a program that provides Aegis employees with job and leadership training suitable for each career stage, fostering global-level competencies.
Aegis has conducted new employee public recruitment for six consecutive years, including this year.
