Daehan Green Power Signs 9 Billion KRW Contract to Supply Solar Equipment for Haechangman Floating Solar Power Plant

[Asia Economy Reporter Hyunseok Yoo] Daehan Green Power announced on the 21st through a public disclosure that it has signed a supply contract worth 9 billion KRW with DNI Corporation for offshore solar power cables at Haechang Bay.


A company official stated, “We have secured three contracts in the renewable energy sector over the past week, continuing a series of orders,” and added, “The backlog of renewable energy orders, including maintenance contracts, has increased to 85.5 billion KRW.”


On the 12th, Daehan Green Power disclosed that it had signed two EPC and equipment supply contracts worth a total of 28.5 billion KRW with its parent company, Daehan Green Energy. Under these contracts, Daehan Green Power will be responsible for supplying equipment, installation, and commissioning at the Sanghari solar power plant and the community solar power plant located in Hasa-ri, Baeksu-eup, Yeonggwang-gun, Jeollanam-do.


Park Geunsik, CEO of Daehan Green Power, said, “Until the commencement of the upcoming large-scale offshore wind project, EPC and equipment maintenance contracts for small and medium-sized solar and onshore wind projects will continue,” and added, “You can also expect good news soon regarding the offshore wind project, which will drive the company’s full-scale growth.”
