The reason Gokseong-gun introduced Corporate Zero Pay is to alleviate the franchise fee burden on local small business owners. Corporate Zero Pay is a corporate-exclusive service of Zero Pay that allows payment of business promotion expenses or special overtime meal expenses via Zero Pay.
Accordingly, Gokseong-gun plans to reduce the fee burden on self-employed business owners by paying business promotion expenses and meal allowances through Corporate Zero Pay.
In addition, since Corporate Zero Pay uses a debit payment method through the NH Mobile G app, it is convenient to use and can also increase transparency in fund management and accounting management.
Before implementation, the county conducted training for expenditure officers in each department on the 13th. After a pilot operation, the Corporate Zero Pay system will be fully implemented from the 20th.
A county official said, “We hope that the introduction of Corporate Zero Pay will reduce the management burden on small business owners and provide a small boost to the local commercial district.”
Meanwhile, Gokseong-gun issued the mobile Gokseong Simcheong gift certificate linked with Zero Pay for the first time in the province in 2019. As a result, the average monthly usage amount of the mobile gift certificate is about 450 million KRW, greatly contributing to the revitalization of the local economy.
