WISET Jeonnam Mokpo National University Project Group Hosts Industry-Academia Collaboration Employment Competency Special Lecture Program

[Asia Economy Honam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Seo Young-seo] The WISET Jeonnam Regional Mokpo National University Project Group (Director Park Bok-hee) at Mokpo National University announced on the 18th that it conducted a special lecture on employment competency linked to the 4th Industrial Revolution online on the 14th for science and engineering students in the Gwangju and Jeonnam regions.

This special lecture was held in real-time online with the theme "Future Cities and Virtual Reality" by Professor Yoo Ki-yoon of Seoul National University (Department of Construction and Environmental Systems Engineering).

The lecture was conducted with the keywords "Information City, 4th Industrial Revolution," and the special lecture covered the future city’s appearance through three keywords: platform, artificial intelligence, and virtual reality, all related to the 4th Industrial Revolution.

The program was conducted as a real-time online special lecture, with about 40 students from Mokpo National University, Chonnam National University, and Sunchon National University participating simultaneously via online connection.

Meanwhile, the WISET Jeonnam Regional Mokpo National University Project Group plans to hold a real-time online special lecture on the 21st at 12 PM titled "The Talent Desired by Companies and My Career Preparation" by Center Director Kim Eun-kyung (SK C&C DT Technology Strategy).
