[Asia Economy Reporter Moon Jiwon] Kumho Construction will hold contracts for ‘Pocheon Kumho Eoullim Central,’ located in Gu-eup-ri, Gunnae-myeon, Pocheon-si, Gyeonggi-do, over three days from the 24th to the 26th. This complex is situated at the center of the new residential belt in Pocheon and boasts good transportation and living infrastructure, achieving full subscription for all unit types earlier this month.

Pocheon Kumho Eoullim Central consists of 6 buildings with 579 households, ranging from 2 basement floors to a maximum of 29 floors above ground. All units have a single exclusive area of 84㎡. By type, there are △84㎡A with 504 units and △84㎡B with 75 units.

The complex is located in Pocheon District 3, at the heart of Pocheon’s new residential belt, which includes Districts 1 to 4. A notable advantage is its proximity to Pocheon Station on the Seoul Subway Line 7 extension, scheduled to open in 2028. It is the tallest apartment complex supplied so far in Pocheon and adjoins ‘Pocheon I-Park 1 & 2,’ forming a major brand town of about 1,500 households upon completion.
