[Asia Economy Reporter Kim Heeyoon] Hunet, a lifelong education specialist company, announced on the 18th that it has launched a sales training course called 'Sales College' tailored for the digital era.
According to Hunet, Sales College is the first in Korea to apply the 'Sales Competency Model' required for salespeople to online education. The course is designed by subdividing the core competencies that salespeople must have, and consists of a total of three training stages: 'Basic', 'Expert', and 'Leader', allowing learners to choose the stage according to their level and interests.
Each course is structured as a 3-month program. Ten current sales experts deliver the lectures. Theoretical classes are conducted online, and practical and on-site coaching sessions are held through three offline special lectures.
Additionally, through the personalized learning platform called 'Sales Learning Journey Platform', various learning experiences are provided, including daily videos and news on the latest trends, essential book learning lectures, and one-on-one AI tutors. The tuition fee for each course is 400,000 to 450,000 KRW for three months.
A Hunet representative stated, "Since this training is based on global standard sales competencies tailored for the digital era, it can be applied not only to domestic companies but also to the sales processes of foreign companies," adding, "We expect it to present a new direction for sales, which is a core competency of companies."
Meanwhile, starting with 'Sales College', Hunet plans to continuously introduce job training courses in key areas frequently sought by companies, such as 'Leadership' and 'Digital Transformation'.
