KOLMAR Korea Announces New CI on Its 31st Anniversary

[Asia Economy Reporter Lim Hye-sun] On the 17th, Kolmar Korea announced the launch of a new CI (Corporate Identity) embodying its determination to leap forward as a "global No.1 platform service company in the beauty and bio-healthcare sectors" on the occasion of its 31st anniversary. This is the first change in Kolmar Korea's CI in 10 years since 2011.

The new CI was developed with the concept motifs of "connection," "innovation," and "door," shaping the English initials of Kolmar Korea, "H" and "K," into a door (門) symbol. It signifies that all beauty and healthcare-related products are connected to the world through the "Kolmar" door. It reflects the company's commitment to realizing customers' visions by connecting people, technology, and opportunities based on the innovative technologies accumulated since its founding in 1990. The dynamic diagonal lines and Innovation Blue color symbolize the trust and innovation that Kolmar Korea has consistently upheld since its establishment.

The slogan was also changed from "Science to Serve" to "Connect For Innovation." It emphasizes the meaning of "connection," aiming to go beyond the value of "customer service" to link the visions of client companies and the demands of consumers to create a better tomorrow.

All affiliates of Kolmar Korea plan to connect global customers to the Kolmar platform, filled with innovative technologies, and provide total services across all fields of cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, and health functional foods, as reflected in the meaning of the new CI and slogan.

Along with the introduction of the new CI this year, the company is also strengthening the foundation for growth to take another leap forward in its three core businesses. In the cosmetics business, the China and U.S. operations are gradually recovering from the impact of COVID-19, signaling improved performance. In the pharmaceutical business, affiliate HK inno.N is actively proceeding with IPO procedures aiming for a KOSDAQ listing within the year. In the health functional foods business, the completion of Gangso Kolmar and Yantai Kolmar is expected to accelerate affiliate Kolmar BNH's entry into the Chinese market.

Vice Chairman Yoon Sang-hyun said in his 31st anniversary address, "Kolmar's new CI contains the meaning of a door leading to the world, and innovative technologies and products will advance onto the global stage through the Kolmar door." He added, "We will grow into a platform service company that realizes the visions and values of all our global clients."
