On the 14th, NH Nonghyup Bank President Kwon Junhak made this statement during an online special lecture conducted for 340 new employees hired in the first half of 2021.
In this special lecture themed on the 4th Industrial Revolution, President Kwon emphasized the need for change and a shift in mindset to leap forward as a customer-centered comprehensive digital platform. He also encouraged new employees to participate in discovering innovative ideas to promote new digital business initiatives unique to Nonghyup Bank’s warm digital finance.
He further stated that the achievements created as members of Nonghyup Bank support not only the bank but also the growth of agriculture and rural communities, fostering a mutually prosperous society. He urged them to deeply embrace Nonghyup’s public interest values and prioritize customer satisfaction.
The new employees recruited in the first half of 2021 will complete a total of three weeks of online training starting from the end of April and will be assigned to branches nationwide by mid-May.
