5225 Households Supplied in 11 Locations Nationwide in the Third Week of May

According to real estate research firm Realtoday on the 15th, a total of 5,225 households will be supplied across 11 locations nationwide in the third week of May.

Attention is expected to focus on Seoul's high-end officetels 'Luca831' and 'Sewoon Prugio Hericity', as well as the non-regulated complex 'Doosan We’ve the Zenith Yangsan'.

First, on the 17th, Hyundai Engineering will accept subscription applications for the 'Luca831' officetel being built in Yeoksam-dong 831-11 and five other lots in Gangnam-gu, Seoul. It consists of 337 units with exclusive areas ranging from 50 to 71㎡, spanning from 7 basement floors to 29 above ground. High-end amenities such as an infinity pool will be provided. It is close to Gangnam Station, served by Seoul Subway Line 2 and the Shinbundang Line, and offers abundant convenience facilities including Shinsegae Department Store Gangnam Branch, the National Library, and the Seoul Arts Center.

The complex consists of 614 households with exclusive areas ranging from 24 to 42㎡, spanning from 9 basement floors to 26 above ground. Among them, 321 are apartments and 40 are rental housing units. It is adjacent to the Myeongdong and Dongdaemun commercial districts, allowing access to shopping and cultural facilities such as Shinsegae Department Store, Lotte Department Store, and Lotte Cinema.

On the 18th, Doosan Construction will accept first-priority subscription applications for 'Doosan We’ve the Zenith Yangsan' supplied in Seokgye-ri 57-1, Sangbuk-myeon, Yangsan-si, Gyeongnam. The complex consists of 1,368 households with exclusive areas ranging from 59 to 84㎡, across 10 buildings from 2 basement floors to 30 above ground. Using National Road No. 35 nearby, residents can access the Sanmak Industrial Complex, Yangsan Industrial Complex, Yusan Industrial Complex, and Eogok Industrial Complex in the Yangsan New City direction. The complex plans to operate a shuttle bus exclusively for residents, making external travel more convenient.

Yutap Construction will open a model house next week for 'Youbless47 Mohyeon' being built at 238-5, Mohyeon-dong 1-ga, Iksan-si, Jeonbuk.
