"E-Mart24 to Boost Delivery Service with Discount Events"

[Asia Economy Reporter Kim Yuri] Emart24 announced on the 16th that it will hold a discount event to promote its delivery service.

Emart24 stated, "One month after the full-scale expansion of the delivery service in March, the number of stores available for delivery has exceeded 1,000," adding, "With about 100 additional stores added in May, delivery is now available at approximately 1,100 stores." Delivery service sales are also on the rise. Over the recent two weeks (April 29 to May 12), delivery service sales increased by 48.1% compared to the previous two weeks (April 15 to April 28).

Emart24 said it will further boost the growth of the delivery service by offering discount events and product differentiation. From the 15th to the 19th, a 5,000 KRW discount will be applied on Emart24 delivery products purchased for over 15,000 KRW through the Yogiyo application. Customers can enjoy the 5,000 KRW discount on the final payment amount even when ordering 1+1 or 2+1 bonus products.

From the 20th to the 24th, a 3,000 KRW discount event will be held for purchasing Emart24 delivery sets via KakaoTalk Order. Additionally, throughout May, an extra 3,000 KRW discount is available when paying with KB, Shinhan, or Citi cards.

Emart24 delivery service requires a minimum purchase of 10,000 KRW. Emart24 explained, "To reduce customers' hesitation when selecting products, we offer set products priced around 10,000 KRW." Two delivery set products and three Minsaeng set products can be purchased through the Yogiyo delivery service. The two delivery set products are 'Choose 3 CJ frozen foods + free Chilseong Cider can (13,200 KRW)' and 'Lotte Binz Cafe Mocha 5-pack set (12,000 KRW).' From the 20th to the 31st, a 3,000 KRW discount will be provided when purchasing these two delivery set products on Yogiyo.

Delivery is available for orders over 10,000 KRW at Emart24, with a delivery fee of 2,400 KRW, which is among the lowest in the industry. Delivery service products include promotional items (1+1, 2+1), fresh foods such as lunch boxes, Peacock home meal replacements (HMR), ultra-low-priced Minsaeng series, Smoothie King beverages, and more than 800 items in total.
