Genians Participates in the World's Largest Security Exhibition 'RSAC 2021'

[Asia Economy Reporter Hyungsoo Park] Security platform company Ginnoance announced on the 13th that it will participate in the world's largest security exhibition, 'RSAC 2021,' held for four days from the 18th to the 21st.

The exhibition, themed 'Resilience,' brings together leading companies and experts in the global security market to explore the technology and future of next-generation security.

'RSAC 2021' is the first large-scale online event held in Silicon Valley since COVID-19. It features over 200 sessions and 19 keynotes. Ninety leading global security companies are participating. Ginnoance, participating for the seventh consecutive year, will showcase 'Zero Trust NAC,' a next-generation security technology addressing security threats in the Internet of Things (IoT) and cloud era.

Zero Trust security starts from the principle of 'trust nothing.' Digital transformation triggered by remote work and online education after COVID-19 is spreading throughout society. In situations where absolute trust and safety cannot be guaranteed for users, devices, and data, it continuously verifies users and various devices. It is gaining attention as a next-generation security model for distributed IT environments such as cloud and remote work.

Zero Trust is complex and not easy to implement because it must protect various devices in diverse connection environments such as cloud, IoT, and edge computing. Ginnoan Zero Trust NAC can be implemented relatively easily by securing network visibility through Ginnoan NAC's network edge security and DPI technology.

Kim Gye-yeon, head of the U.S. branch, said, "Zero Trust NAC is the foundation for Ginnoance's product to become the global standard NAC," adding, "We will devote all efforts to protecting various network environments and connection points such as cloud, remote work, and 5G, and to completing next-generation information security technology through continuous verification processes."
