Kolon Global Captures Both Design and Practicality with 'Choeup Haneulchae Forest One'!

Innovative Residential Culture Design... Spotlight on 'Kankan Smart Space' Enhancing Spatial Utilization

Kolon Global will introduce various specialized designs reflecting consumers' lifestyles in the post-COVID-19 era in the ‘Choeup Haneulchae Forest One’ apartment complex, set to open in June in Busanjin-gu, Busan.

The highlight is the ‘Kankan Smart Space,’ a feature that allows consumers to design the interior layout of their homes themselves. Offered as a paid option, the Kankan Smart Space is Haneulchae’s unique modular system that enables consumers to customize storage and transform spaces in various ways. This allows for tailored living spaces according to the growth of young children or changes in family size.

For example, in a family of three consisting of a couple and a child, Bedrooms 1 and 2 can be configured as an 'Edu Suite' option dedicated to the child, including a private dressing room and a study area for school-aged children. Instead of movable walls, a ‘Bedroom Hybrid Wall’ can be applied, dividing Bedrooms 1 and 2 into separate spaces that can be used as study walls with integrated storage. Unlike conventional apartments where movable walls cannot be altered, Choeup Haneulchae Forest One allows residents to select walls, pillars, and shelves according to their preferences, raising expectations among actual homebuyers.

Choeup Haneulchae Forest One is designed with a south-facing building layout to maximize sunlight exposure. It features 4-bay slab-type and spacious tower-type floor plans with ample storage space. Additionally, each unit comes with a basement PIT storage area, making it convenient to store seasonal and leisure items. The application of railing-free segmented windows enhances the open view and creates an elegant exterior for the complex.

To provide residents with a better living environment and services, Kolon Global offers its intelligent IoT platform service called “IoK.” Through a smartphone application and voice control, residents can operate most in-unit facilities, including lighting, gas, heating and cooling, smart appliances, air quality, and security, adding convenience to daily life. Furthermore, if the smart mirror option is selected for the bathroom mirror, it displays not only the date and weather but also essential information such as bus arrival times, breaking news, and delivery notifications.

Moreover, parking spaces are generously secured at a ratio of 1.4 spaces per household. The ‘Modular Parking Lot’ design arranges parking so that only two cars can park between pillars, preventing door dings and enhancing safety. The ground level is designed as a ‘car-free complex,’ promising a safer and more pleasant residential environment.

The community facilities are also diverse. In addition to fitness and GX rooms and an indoor golf practice range equipped with screen golf for health and exercise, cultural spaces such as a study room, book caf?, and Kids & Moms caf? will be provided. Other facilities include a public daycare center, senior citizens’ center, coin laundry, and pet grooming room within the complex.

The apartment complex will consist of 9 buildings ranging from 3 basement floors to a maximum of 30 floors above ground, with a total of 756 units of 59㎡ and 84㎡ exclusive areas. Among these, 499 units excluding those allocated to association members will be available for general sale.

The area of Busanjin-gu where the complex is located is undergoing active redevelopment and reconstruction projects, creating a new residential town with approximately 10,000 households. With various development benefits such as the 3rd Mandeok Tunnel, KTX-Eum, the Sasang-Haeundae underground expressway (underway), the double-track Bucheon-Masan railway scheduled to open in 2022, and the associated Bucheon Station complex transfer center (under review), the future value of the area is expected to increase significantly.

Choeup Haneulchae Forest One is scheduled to open in June. The model house will be set up in Dongnae-gu, Busan, and a cyber model house will also be operated through the official website.

Additionally, a relay event is underway where mobile gifticons are given by lottery to customers who register their interest on the website. Following the first event, the second event will run from May 10 to May 23, during which mobile fuel vouchers will be awarded.
