This measure is due to the system migration and reconstruction work of the entire system by Korea Minting and Security Printing Corporation, the operator managing the integrated management system for Naju Sarang Gift Certificates.

Accordingly, the gift certificate sales operations at 54 financial institutions in the jurisdiction, as well as the charging service and payment via the dedicated Naju Sarang Card app 'CHAK', will be temporarily suspended.

Korea Minting and Security Printing Corporation plans to minimize inconvenience to gift certificate and card users through push notifications, KakaoTalk, and text message alerts.

Purchase and payment services for paper and card gift certificates will resume normally from 6:00 on the 25th.

A city official said, "We will do our best to provide guidance through eup, myeon, and dong administrative welfare centers and promotional media so that about 3,100 affiliated stores and users do not experience inconvenience or confusion," and added, "We ask for users' cooperation in this measure to provide better service."
