LG Electronics Participates in Mechanical Equipment Exhibition... First Reveal of 5-Stage Clean Management System Air Conditioner

[Asia Economy Reporter Jeong Hyunjin] LG Electronics announced on the 12th that it will introduce a customized solution that can hygienically manage the air quality of various spaces.

From the 12th to the 14th, LG Electronics is participating in the '2021 Korea Mechanical Equipment Exhibition' held at SETEC in Daechi-dong, Seoul, where it has set up a 135㎡ exhibition hall to showcase a total solution that manages the air quality of commercial, residential, office, and educational spaces in a customized way.

At this exhibition, LG Electronics unveiled for the first time a system air conditioner equipped with '5-step Clean Management' that manages the airflow path. This air conditioner features five-step clean management including ▲a pre-filter that removes large dust particles from incoming air ▲air purification certified by the Korea Air Cleaning Association CAC ▲antibacterial management that prevents bacterial growth along the airflow path ▲UV LED fan sterilization that sterilizes 99.99% of the outgoing fan air ▲and automatic drying that removes internal moisture to prevent odors.

The new product is scheduled to be released next month. It also includes an 'Air Purification Elevator Grill,' a front grille that lowers from the ceiling to the floor for easy cleaning and maintenance, which contains air purification kits such as dust filters, ultra-fine dust filters, and deodorizing filters.

Along with the new system air conditioner, LG Electronics will introduce various commercial solutions including circular system air conditioners and air purification commercial stand air conditioners. Residential solutions on display include the home system air conditioner 'Multi V S,' '1-way residential system air conditioner,' and 'LG Sensor Hub.' Additionally, office solutions such as the artificial intelligence module 'LG AI Engine' and educational solutions like the 'Hybrid Heat Pump System Air Conditioner' will also be presented.
