B, who was later transferred to the intensive care unit of a nearby hospital, was confirmed to have fractures in her spine and pelvis, but fortunately, her life is not in danger.

The police have booked A for injury under the Special Act on Traffic Accident Handling, and are investigating how B, who was intoxicated and unable to control her body, ended up lying on the intersection.

A police official stated, "Once the victim's exact condition is determined to be either serious injury or minor injury, we will decide whether to send driver A for prosecution on injury charges."
