The Innovative Companies National Representatives 1000 is a project led by the Financial Services Commission in collaboration with related ministries to select companies driving innovation across various industrial sectors and provide financial support tailored to their growth stages. In the third round of selection, Sweet Spot was chosen as a target company.
Having passed the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport's verification of innovation and technological capability and recognized in the final selection process, Sweet Spot will receive multifaceted support from the government, including financial assistance such as investment, loans, and guarantees, as well as non-financial support like management and financial consulting.
Founded in August 2015, Sweet Spot is a startup that connects retail spaces through an O2O online platform service. Since launching its service, it has operated over 5,000 popup stores cumulatively and is currently expanding its business scope to include retail lease consulting and advisory services, continuing its growth.
Kim Jeong-su, CEO of Sweet Spot, said, "Being selected as a national representative innovative company will be a valuable foundation for innovating the distribution market with new services and expanding our service scope."
