Chungju Enterprise City is a key transportation hub connecting Seoul-Yeongnam and Seoul-Gangwon regions, with well-developed transport networks. Using National Route 82, access to Chungju downtown, where the city hall, terminal, and large hospitals are located, is convenient. The Chungju Station on the Jungbu Inland High-Speed Railway, connecting East Seoul (Gangnam) and Mungyeong, is scheduled to open by the end of this year, significantly improving the metropolitan transportation network.
Chungju Enterprise City is expected to become a brand apartment town with over 10,000 households in the future, raising expectations for expanded education and living infrastructure. Within walking distance of the complex are Seochungju Daycare Center, Jungangtap Elementary and Middle Schools, and the Jungangtap academy district. Adjacent to the complex, Yongjeon High School (tentative name, opening in 2023) is planned. A central commercial district is within walking distance in front of the complex, while Jungang Park and neighborhood parks are located behind it. The Seochungju National Sports Center, which will include a swimming pool, multipurpose gymnasium, and cultural center, is also planned nearby.
The Hanwha Forena Seochungju model house is scheduled to open in June in the Yeonsu-dong area of Chungju, Chungcheongbuk-do. Move-in is expected in the second half of 2023. However, depending on government social distancing policies, the model house viewing may be changed to a 'cyber open' format.
