During the event period, for offline orders at stores, the maximum number of manufactured beverages that can be ordered per person per order will be temporarily changed to up to 20 cups.
This order limit operation is a decision made to minimize customer inconvenience caused by bulk beverage orders and to provide many customers with the opportunity to experience the summer e-frequency gifts, which consist of two types of 'Starbucks Summer Day Cooler' and three types of 'Starbucks Summer Night Singing Lantern,' so that the original meaning of the gift event is well conveyed.
Currently, Siren Order allows a maximum of 20 items per order, and the same maximum order quantity will be applied to offline store orders, allowing up to 20 manufactured beverages per person per order. Additionally, regardless of the item, the quantity is limited so that a single ID can reserve up to 5 gifts within 7 days, including the first reservation.
The Starbucks e-frequency event is a representative gift event held every summer and Christmas season to express gratitude to customers who consistently visit Starbucks. During this summer e-frequency period, to minimize customers' offline waiting time and ensure a safe event for both customers and partners, a mobile reservation system has been introduced for the first time since the e-frequency event began.
To participate in the event, Starbucks member customers who complete the e-frequency by purchasing a total of 17 manufactured beverages, including 3 mission beverages, will receive one of five gifts: two types of insulated 'Summer Day Cooler' or three types of portable lanterns with Bluetooth speaker function called 'Summer Night Singing Lantern.'
The mission beverages include Reserve beverages, Frappuccino, and Blended manufactured beverages. When the gifts run out, they will be replaced with two free beverage coupons (Tall) and one immediately provided beverage (Tall).
All gifts given during the e-frequency event period can only be received through mobile app reservations. When the conditions for exchanging gifts are met, customers can use the 'Reserve Gift' button on the Starbucks mobile app to select the desired item, pick-up date, and pick-up store, then visit the store on the pick-up date and show the mobile reservation barcode.
