Daewoo E&C announced on the 10th that it will sell units of 'Iksan Prugio The First' in May at the National Food Cluster Industrial Complex in Iksan-si, Jeonbuk.
The complex is located in A1BL of the National Food Cluster Industrial Complex in Iksan-si, Jeonbuk, and will be developed with 11 buildings ranging from 2 basement floors to 22 above-ground floors, totaling 674 households with exclusive areas of 59, 78, and 84㎡. By housing type, there are △138 units of 59㎡A △61 units of 59㎡B △54 units of 78㎡ △269 units of 84㎡A △152 units of 84㎡B.
The Iksan National Food Cluster is an industrial complex recognized as a future growth engine hub, and through future development, it is expected to transform into a complex city combining residential, educational, and cultural facilities. Currently, 93 food companies have completed sales contracts in the National Food Cluster, significantly contributing to the revitalization of the local economy.
The complex is also expected to benefit from proximity to multiple industrial complexes, enabling a live-work-close-by effect. Large-scale industrial complexes in Jeonbuk, including the Iksan National Food Cluster, Wanju Technovalley 1 and 2 complexes, Jeonju Science Industrial Research Complex, and Wanju General Industrial Complex, are all nearby, reducing commuting stress. Accordingly, abundant housing demand is expected, especially among workers in these industrial complexes.
The complex is adjacent to the Honam Expressway Iksan IC and Local Road No. 722, making travel to other cities convenient. Additionally, eight bus routes pass nearby, making public transportation accessible.
In particular, Iksan City is promoting the inclusion of an 11.4km industrial railway connecting 'Dong Iksan Station~National Food Cluster~Wanju Industrial Complex' in the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport’s 4th National Railroad Network Construction Plan, which is expected to further improve transportation conditions in the future.
The complex is within a 3-minute walk to kindergartens, elementary schools, and middle schools. Furthermore, a specialized high school is planned to be established within the National Food Cluster, and news of universities and foreign elementary, middle, and high schools being established has also been announced.
