Tmon Hosts Live Commerce with Influencers on Oct 10-11 to Support Small Businesses

[Asia Economy Reporter Kim Bo-kyung] Online shopping mall TMON will conduct live commerce over two days on the 10th and 11th to support small business owners and other tenant companies together with influencers.

At 11 a.m. on the 10th, the regular broadcast 'Mission Parasol' will support small business owners. Comedian Lee Eun-ji and stylist and broadcaster Seo Soo-kyung will appear. These two influencers, active across broadcasts and YouTube, plan to introduce products with good quality and reasonable prices by leveraging their respective strengths.

The products for sale include Wangta Tong Toothbrushes (10 pieces, 8,900 KRW, including transparent covers), Dure Food Mini Jokbal (3,900 KRW/350g), and dried filefish (2,900 KRW/10 pieces). The broadcast will be simultaneously streamed on TMON's live commerce channel 'TVON' and the 'Let's Value It TV' YouTube channel operated by the Small and Medium Business Distribution Center.

On the 11th at 8 p.m., AfreecaTV BJs Changhyun and Im Seon-bi will appear on the live broadcast. With over 3.4 million combined followers on AfreecaTV and YouTube, they will introduce products from Bardak, an excellent small and medium enterprise brand listed on TMON. Customers can purchase 76 types of chicken breast-based foods such as cube balls, skewers, and sausages at discounted prices. The broadcast will be streamed on TVON and three channels within AfreecaTV.

This live broadcast was prepared through collaboration between TMON and the Small and Medium Business Distribution Center. TMON is cooperating to increase sales for tenant partners, while the Small and Medium Business Distribution Center supports online sales channels and promotion for small business owners and excellent SMEs.

A TMON representative said, "We are providing broad opportunities for small business owners and SMEs listed on TMON to access live commerce as a new sales channel," adding, "We plan to do our best to support live broadcasts on TMON, which has know-how in live commerce, so that it becomes a stepping stone for long-term sales growth."
