First, on the 11th, Seohui Construction will accept first-priority subscription applications for 'Jiksan Station Seohui Starhills,' supplied in the area of 406-1, Sinwol-ri, Seonggeo-eup, Seobuk-gu, Cheonan, Chungnam. The complex consists of 8 buildings from 2 basement floors to 25 above-ground floors, with a total of 653 households of 59 and 84㎡ exclusive area.
Among them, 294 households will be sold to the general public. Jiksan Station on Subway Line 1 is within walking distance, and five industrial complexes are located around the complex, providing abundant demand for proximity to workplaces. It is a non-regulated area with no resale restrictions, and household members can also apply.
On the same day, Daebang Construction will accept first-priority subscription applications for 'Dongtan Station Dietre Prestige,' located at 979, Osan-dong, Hwaseong-si, Gyeonggi-do. The complex will be a residential mixed-use complex consisting of 3 buildings from 6 basement floors to 49 above-ground floors, with 531 apartments of 84 to 102㎡ exclusive area, officetels, offices, and retail facilities.
The complex is located right next to SRT Dongtan Station, making wide-area travel convenient, and GTX-A, Dongtan?Indeokwon Line, and Dongtan Tram are planned to open in the future.
