The Korea Meteorological Administration stated, "The sky will be mostly clear on this day, but clouds will increase briefly in the evening."

In Gangwon Yeongseo and the Chungcheong region, there may be sporadic raindrops.

In Gangwon Yeongdong and some parts of Gyeongbuk, where dry weather warnings have been issued, the atmosphere will be quite dry, and other parts of the Gyeongsang region will also be dry.

Morning temperatures are expected to be 4 to 13 degrees Celsius in most areas nationwide, and daytime temperatures are forecasted to be between 18 and 26 degrees Celsius.

Morning low temperatures by region are forecasted as follows: △Seoul 11°C △Chuncheon 7°C △Gangneung 13°C △Daejeon 10°C △Cheongju 10°C △Daegu 9°C △Gwangju 10°C △Jeonju 9°C △Busan 12°C △Jeju 14°C.

Daytime high temperatures will be △Seoul 22°C △Chuncheon 22°C △Gangneung 26°C △Daejeon 23°C △Cheongju 24°C △Daegu 26°C △Gwangju 24°C △Jeonju 24°C △Busan 21°C △Jeju 26°C.

Fine dust levels will be 'very bad' in the Seoul metropolitan area, Chungnam, Honam region, and Jeju area, while other regions will experience 'bad' levels.

The Korea Meteorological Administration advised, "Until the morning of this day, winds over the East Sea will blow very strongly at 8 to 16 m/s, and waves will be very high at 1.5 to 4.0 meters, so ships navigating or fishing should pay attention to safety."
